Week 8 10th - 16th March 2014

Hello class !

This week we have revised daily routines and studied vocabulary on free time and sports. We have worked with it to ask and answer about our and other people's likes and dislikes, using "love", "like"'"don't/doesn't like" and "hate". We have also explained our reasons using the subordinate conjunction "because".

Week 7 3th - 9th March 2014

Hello class !

This week we have revised how to describe people's hair and eyes, and studied daily routines, time, the days of the week and the months of the year. We have also worked with it and talked about our daily routines in the classroom using affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences.

Week 6 24th February - 2nd March 2014

Hello class!

This week we have revised previous learning and learnt and practised how to build sentences in Present Simple. We have differenciated affirmative sentences from negative sentences using "don't" and "doesn't" and from interrogative sentences using "do"  and "does". We have also learnt the question words (who, what, which, where, when, how, and why) and new vocabulary on daily routines, and used it to ask and answer questions about ourselves and others.

Week 5 17th - 23th February 2014

Hello class!

This week we have revised and practised prepositions of place and vocabulary on the house, introduced the verb "to have got" and used it to built affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences. We have also learnt vocabulary on describing people ( hair and eyes ) and the order of the adjectives when describing people's hair and eyes. Finally, we have described each other's and other people's hair and eyes.

Week 4 10th - 16th February 2014

This week we have revised and practised what we studied last week and have studied vocabulary on the house and prepositions of place, and asked and answer about where different pieces of furniture are in our house, relating them with other pieces of furniture. Week 3 3rd - 9th February 2014

This week we have learnt to tell the time and ask about it, revised the possessive adjectives and used them in sentences. We have also learnt vocabulary on colours and classroom objects, and used it through speaking, listening, reading and writing.
